I have experience in many diagnoses, including anxiety and depression, and have a passion for helping individuals with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). School and home frustrations can feel like a lot, my goal is to always meet you where you are at, and help guide you on the path to feeling like your problems can be solved.

I am a licensed clinical social worker, with a background in special education within the school systems. Throughout my journey, I developed a passion for helping teenagers and adults find their authentic selves in what can be a sometimes unpredictable and frustrating life. My hope within our session is for you to feel empowered, heard, validated, and comfortable as YOU.
